Security: We stayed at a triple room under the roof and once took by accident the key to the neighbours room at the reception. Not only that it is possible that ANYBODY can come in and take the keys to any of the rooms BUT it turned out, that we could enter our room with \"wrong\" key!!!!! Security is 0! Facilities: The laundry we gave to wash was impossible. My black jeans for example had white stains on it, the laundry was hung over every radiator all around the hostel, clothes were not even Lea Belinda, from Switzerland ~ 21st Mar 2012

Nous avons adoré les contacts établis dans cet hostel, l\'adorable Carrie nous a été d\'une aide incroyable, en particulier dans les temps difficiles qui ont suivi l\'incendie du Torres del Paine.Pick up à l\'aéroport...mais n\'oubliez pas de le confirmer la veille de votre arrivée!
