We will be happy to receive you in our flats. We have 3 flat types: studio, two an three rooms types, for 2, 3 or 4 persons. All flats are newly renovated in cozy style, very personalised, to make enjoy you your stay. Every kitchen is completelly equipped, free WIFI, but luxury 3 rooms apartment only have some extra services, as TV and washing machine. Our primordial requirements are the comfort of our clients and cleanliness. We speak, latvian, russian, french, english, italian, spanish. So, sure we will find the way to understand each other!

Building is located just off the coast of Daugava. You are in 5 minute walk from the central market and the railway station and 7 minutes walk from the Old City: entertainment, cultural and historical heart. In two minutes walk you have Modern Art Museum, 'Spikeru' concert hall, many modern restaurants and bars with live music evenings, all around future espanade 'Spikeri', now in reconstruction process.

The main room has comfortable furniture and a sofa bed for 2 persons. If 2 rooms apartment, so in the bedroom, you have Double bed (140 cm). Here is a well-equipped kitchen, shower room with WC. Tiled kitchen and bath,in the main room - parquet flooring. The apartment is fully renovated in a contemporary style with soft and warm colors. Towels and laudry included. No smoking.

Upon arrival, payment of rent and the deposit (as a guanrantee) will be asked, for amount of 100 EUR (70 LVL). The guarantee will be returned on the day of your departure, if nothing is dommaged in the flat.
