We didn't have a problem with the idea of sharing a toilet and shower, however it would have nice if the bath mat was changed daily so it wasn't ringing wet and the shower could have been cleaned daily. Having a sink in the bedroom is handy... if the tap is aimed towards the sink and doesn't spill the water straight onto the carpet. Curtains wouldn't go a stray either.
