Since its opening in September 2011, Project Chinatown 1 has become one of the favourite hostels and budget accommodations for travelers due to its modern design, cleanliness, cosiness, super friendly staffs, and strategic location. There is a cosy lounge and lush green terrace for guests to make new friends and hang out. At Project Chinatown 1, we also cater to family and small group travelers who choose to have their own private rooms. The hostel is located right at the heart of heritage-rich Chinatown, where great restaurants serving local food open until late night and it is also within walking distance to the lively Clarke Quay, Boat Quay and downtown Singapore.
Free high speed WiFi is available throughout the property and there is also an iMac station with free internet for guests to use. Our efforts to provide the best to our guests do not end there; you are able to get Singapore tourist attractions tickets at discounted prices from our friendly front desk staffs at 5footway.inn Project Chinatown 1.
-Refundable key deposit of SGD20 cash per person is payable upon check-in.
-Check in time: 1500 hours, Check out time: 1200 hours
-We reserve the rights to deny any guest without valid documents or deem unsuitable.
-Due to the limited capacity, we apologise that we do not accomodate Singaporeans or PR.
-To upkeep the backpackers environment, we do not accommodate children under the age of 7 years old.
-To keep the hostel safe and secure for all guests, we do have a no-visitors policy.
To upkeep the backpackers environment, we do not accommodate children under the age of 2 years old (children aged 2-12 years old must stay in a private room) -Guest is responsible for producing a valid passport and/or visa of entry into Singapore. We reserve the rights to deny any guest without valid documents. -For the safety and security of all guests, outside visitors are not permitted. In the event of cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival or no-show, one night charge is applicable.

The room was kinda small but it is clean with white sheets, a plus to me. The bathroom was kinda small, if i was a slightly bigger it would be inconvenient. The Wifi speed was great!!! i have enjoyed my stay there and definitely will come back. Kuang Yung, from Malaysia ~ 30th May 2013
