O Matchbox The Concept Hostel

Please note that the queen-size bed is located in the same room as the 16-bed mixed dormitory.
With its pod-style bed cabins and designer touches throughout the premise, our hostel is amongst a new breed of upmarket hostels in Singapore which cater to an emerging class of travellers.
Our ladies-only Flamingo Dorm has 10 single beds; the Sunkiss Dorm has two single beds; and the Spring Mist Dorm features two queen-size beds and 16 single beds.
All pods (beds) come equipped with a 3-pin power socket, back lit cushioned headboard,an adjustable reading light, two pillows and a duvet, bed linen, a clothes bar and a peep-through panel.
All rooms come equipped with air-conditioning, personal lockers, an iPod docking station, a library reading corner and a mirror/vanity corner.
There are no ensuite rooms; toilets and shower facilities are communal.
We have free high-speed Wi-Fi, breakfast, personal lockers, linen, foot massages and shower amenities including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Our communal areas include the pantry, sitting room and attic, with designer bean bags, a library and an entertainment loft.
Our security features include 24-hour CCTV monitoring and contactless access cards.
We’re located within a bohemian-creative neighborhood in the heart of Singapore. Here, as easily as you will be able to find the best local food just a minute from our doorstep, you will also find chic and upmarket retail stores, bars, restaurants and other lifestyle offerings.
We are 20 minutes’ drive from Changi International Airport and a short two-minute stroll from world-famous Chinatown, central to Singapore’s history and cultural heritage and amongst the top tourist attractions in Singapore.
We strive to deliver beyond the promise of clean rooms and a safe environment, because we know what being on the roads can be like.
Child/children below the age of 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult at all times. Child/children below the age of 12 are not allowed in the large dormitories.
