The Red Boat Mälaren in Stockholm, Sweden

The Red Boat Mälaren in Stockholm is a cosy riverside hostel and hotel aboard two boats in Lake Mälaren. At the heart of Stockholm, we are within walking distance of all the main sights, including the historic Old Town and the Södermalm.

We have a range of private rooms and dormitories, plus facilities including a small bar, luggage storage, internet access and parking. A buffet breakfast is available and linen is included in the rates.

Please inform us in advance if intend to arrive after 18:00.
We do not have a curfew.

We do not allow children under the age of 10.

Our reception is open from 7.30am to 01.00am. Late check in is possible. The hostel is staffed 24/7. When the main doors are locked in the night you will receive a code when you check in, so that you can come and go as you please. (No curfew).

We will serve you a breakfast buffet every morning between 7.30 and 10.00am In the weekdays and between 08.00 and 11.00 in the weekends. (This is not included in the quoted prices.)

We have beds in 10, 4, 3, 2 and single bed rooms.

We are sorry to inform you that we do not have cooking facilities due to the risk of fire, but we do have a cafeteria.

Showers and toilets are in the corridor for our hostel guests.

Before you check in or after you leave you can keep your luggage in our luggage room.

We are open 365 Days a year.

We have internet access for our guests free of charge if you use your own computer on our WIFI-net or at a small cost if you choose to use our guest computer..

No Hostel membership is required.

We can also arrange garage for your car during the stay.
