This is a very convenient area if you want to see the city, travel by boat to any island, Finland or San Peterbourg.

We got to the hotel and our reservation was not in their books, could be because we booked the day before. No biggie though, we got a room anyway. The room was basic, but clean and the beds were comfortable. Nothing special about it, but nothing wrong either. The location is very nice, especially if you are travelling by boat.
