Our property is located in Tulums South Main Avenue, which is the new part of town a 5 min walk to the center of town, quieter and more calm

Our neighborhood has several cool stuff one of them EL Camello Jr Ceviche House were you can find fresh fish and ceviche a very local spot for seafood runned by fishermen

Green Beats which is a permaculture center were you can find different activities and buy organic eggs every morning.

Pac mool intitute of language were you can learn spanish and maya

We have a beautiful garden where you will be able to find fruit trees and other local fruits. We have a hammock site where you can lay down below bamboo trees and listen to the water running from the well, a great place to arrive and chill after a day of exploring the area.

Our rooms are beautiful, confortable and clean surrounded by the beauty of nature... The singing of the birds in the morning will wake you up and the singing of the criquets at night will accompany you in your dreams.

We are concerned not only in the quality of service but also in developing activities that benefit the planet. We recycle and do our own compost.

We offer you a good price, an excellent service and a unforgettable stay full of magic, nature and mexican culture.

Our property is located in Tulums South Main Avenue, which is the new part of town , having 2 of the best Local restaurants to eat Ceviche and Seafood across the road, the street has public lighting at nights making it a safe short walk or bike ride into town

We have a large garden were you will find several fruit trees like mangoes, avocadoes and local berries , or sit under the passion fruit green roof that's over our terrace. Several Hammcks next to a Cenote Water Fountain, a great place to arrive and chill after a day of exploring the area.

We have very comfortable quality beds and sheets, very good water pressure in our rain shower, and offer a good breakfast in our large kitchen, we recycle , make compost and do our best to work for the environment.

We believe in a good quality at a good price, and do our best to warranty both. We want you to feel at home when you are here because home is were you are.
