From the central bus/train/ferry station head to Zagrebacka street(which runs parallel to east wall of Diocletian's palace). When you see BRODOMERKUR shop turn right onto Drziceva street. Go straight ahead and turn second right onto Istarska street. First left onto Washingtonova street. First right onto Rackoga.
Please note that some streets are not well marked, but you can find street names on house numbers.
