1. FROM AMSTERDAM CENTRAAL STATION BY METRO.
Take metro number 54, direction Gein. Get out of the metro at Amsterdam Holendrecht station**. Our shuttle will pick you up, see schedule
2. FROM AMSTERDAM CENTRAAL STATION BY TRAIN (Eurorailers):
Take the train, direction Gouda or Utrecht. Be aware that not all the trains stop at Holendrecht! Make sure you take the right one as this can be tricky. Get out of the train at Amsterdam Holendrecht station**. Our shuttle will pick you up, see schedule
3:.FROM UTRECHT CENTRAL STATION BY TRAIN (Eurorailers):
Take the SPRINTER to Breukelen. Get out of the train at Breukelen. From Breukelen take the STOPTREIN(make very sure you take the STOPTREIN, as this can be tricky!), direction Amsterdam Central station. Get out of the train at Amsterdam Holendrecht station**. Our shuttle will pick you up, see schedule
4. FROM SCHIPHOL AIRPORT BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
There is a train station beneath Schiphol airport. Buy a one way ticket from Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam Holendrecht €3,60. Take the train from platform 1/2 and get off at Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena. At Bijlmer Arena you will need to change to platform 6 and catch the train that stops at Amsterdam Holendrecht. Get off the metro at Amsterdam Holendrecht station and walk down the stairs. Turn right at the bottom of the stairs and right again. Keep the bike parking to your right and the busstation on your left hand side. Walk down to the mainroad(don't cross the street!). On your left you will see a small 3 car parking area. This is where the shuttle will pick you up. Please see the Shuttle pick up schedule for the times.
**AT STATION HOLENDRECHT
Important notice:
Due to roadwork at Holendrecht station we might have to change our pick up point for the shuttle. Please check our website for the up to date information about our pick up point. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Where do i find the shuttle at HOLENDRECHT station???:
Take the exit and walk down the stairs, turn right and right again.
Keep the bicycle parking on your right hand side and the busstation on your left hand side. Walk down to the main road.
On your left you will see a little parking drop off spot for 3 cars, this is where the shuttle will pick you up at the normal scheduled time.
If you have any problems finding the pick up point please don't hesitate to call reception 0031 294 282814.
The shuttle is €1 per person per trip.

From Amsterdam Centraal station it takes 17 minutes to get to Amsterdam Holendrecht station. The shuttle will depart from Holendrecht to Lucky Lake on the following times:

Please note: To take the last shuttle at 1am and 1.30am you will need to take a TRAIN from Amsterdam Centraal station from the TRAINPLATFORM. Make sure you take the right train that stops in Amsterdam Holendrecht station as this can be tricky!! Lucky Lake hostel cannot be held responsible if you take the wrong train and end up in Utrecht :-)
Make sure you are there 5 min before the scheduled time. Depending on traffic the driver maybe a few minutes late.
By Car coming from the South:
Get on the A2 highway, direction Amsterdam. Take exit number 3, direction Abcoude. At the end of the exit, go left at the 1st roundabout. Follow direction 'Vinkeveense Plassen'/Vinkenkade. At the 2nd roundabout go straight. You are now driving on a road that is parallel to the highway. Stay on the parallel road and take the 3rd road on your right with the sign Lucky Lake Hostel/Camping de Tachtig morgen.
You can park on the big parking-area on your left. Lucky Lake is in front of you.
By Car coming from the North/East/West/Center of Amsterdam:
Get on the A2 highway, direction Utrecht. Take exit number 3, direction Abcoude / Vinkeveense Plassen. At the end of the exit go left on the roundabout.. You are now on the Vinkenkade. Take the 3rd road on your right with the sign Lucky Lake Hostel/Camping de Tachtig morgen.
