Anyone for tennis and a London hostel?
The tournament is currently underway - with one of the favourites Roger Federer surviving a scare on the opening day yesterday (June 21st) after going two sets down - so those who want to attend may want to book a cheap hostel in London.
There is a variety of competitions that individuals can take a look at from the men's and women's championships to the doubles and juniors events.
Last year, Federer triumphed in the men's event, defeating US player Andy Roddick, however the Americans were on top in the women's championship with Serena Williams beating her sister Venus in the final.
Followers of Serena who are looking at coming over from the US to see her in action in the Big Smoke may like to note that she progressed to the second round today after a 6-0, 6-4 victory over Portuguese player Michelle Larcher de Brito.
And those who are keen on attending the showpiece might also like to check out the on-site Wimbledon Lawn Tennis museum, which now has a cinema with a 200 degree screen that shows the viewer a film about the science of tennis.
It features a recording of a game between Russia's Maria Sharapova against Spain's Nuria Llagostera Vives, taken in 2005.
People who want to be around for the grand finale of the event - the Men's Singles final - should book a hostel in London until July 4th.
