From what is highly likely to be another must-see performance, music fans may be wise to find cheap hostels in Sydney after snapping up tickets to see the very successful singer and songwriter.
This tour comes on the back of Weller's tenth studio album of his musical career, which was a hit upon its release in the UK back in April this year.
Called Wake Up The Nation, the album saw the well-known artist teaming up with The Jam bassist Bruce Foxton for the single Fast Car/Slow Traffic, the first time the pair have worked together since 1982.
The Jam were one of two bands that Weller enjoyed success with in the early stages of his career, having also been a member of the popular group The Style Council.
Both of these gave the artist many hit songs during the late 1970s all the way through until the latter half of the 80s, including Town Called Malice, Going Underground – two records from The Jam – and The Style Council's hit You're The Best Thing.
However, Weller has also had a successful outing on his own, too, which has earned him critical praise for both his album releases and live performances, to further encourage fans of the artist to seek out a cheap Sydney hostel.
The Music Fix was one review websites to give the icon praise after he played a gig at the Royal Albert Hall, which said: "He was commandeering the stage like Nelson on board HMS Victory, all in the presence of a light show once seen in Star Wars."
