One jazz lover is Kerry Kubilius, who writes for About.com and has very kindly compiled a list of all the best places to go in Prague to check out some sounds of this persuasion. The first on her rundown is the AghaRTA Jazz Club, which has a line up of acts ready to play on its stage two months in advance and which can be perused on the venue's website.
"Enjoy your music with mixed drinks or coffee," she said.
She also quite liked the Dinitz Cafe as this can be enjoyed at any time, night or day. Apparently it has a good menu that caters for the majority of tastes, a nice art deco theme and WiFi, as well as live music from 21:00 local time.
But what could be more fun - and very romantic if you're off on a snuggly break for two - is the Jazzboat, which is commencing trips again from March 11th. "This interesting experience is a change of pace from your normal night out," Kerry observed. If you're up for it - and why wouldn't you be? - be ready to embark for 20:30 local time and have your camera at the ready as you'll be drifting through some pretty historic parts of the city.
