It takes place between January 21st and 24th and there's something for everyone involved, even kids. There's a children's matinee that the website says is "fun, crazy and interactive", which to my mind suggests that it could be a good choice for adults as well.
Last year's affair saw the London Metropolitan Police perform in what was their debut outside of the UK. Those who were present may think that following this act is an impossible task but the force is in danger of being scooped as Jumping Amsterdam has managed to secure Jean-Francois Pignon from France, who has been a horse fanatic since he was six. It would seem that the love he has for these animals is reciprocated as, the website puts it, he has "earned the trust of his horses [and] they are pleased to do anything he asks them to without any force at all".
However, this might not be your bag so just in case, the Literature Festival at the Theater Bellevue is on between January 27th and January 30th. What's on When brought this to my attention and it looks pretty good, with concerts and theatre being put on, as well as some film screenings.
