When you decide it's time for a holiday and you want to jet-off to foreign lands, how do you decide on your destination? Do you first pick a country and then book your hostel in that country's capital city? Or do you decide that you want to escape the hoards of city break tourists and seek out a remote town by a lake or some mountains that you've never even heard of before?
