That's because an event called The London International Antique and Artist Dolls, Toys, Miniature, Teddy Bears and Vintage Fashion Fair is being put on. Don't be put off by the fact that the title is a bit of a mouthful - if you're at all into this kind of thing, then you're sure to have a great time, particularly as it's a nice mix of merchandise, ranging from toys to wardrobe items.
Apparently, it was established way back in 1977 and was the brainchild of Dr Brenda Gerwat-Clark, who has over 25 years' experience in this kind of thing and has also owned nine different shops.
People who have a particular interest in antique miniatures might find this event of extra interest, as the fair specialises in these, although aficionados of old dolls and their houses, antique teddy bears and some modern dolls will also have their tastes more than catered for.
What's more - although it's unlikely that you'll have brought your precious possessions on holiday with you - Bonhams Auction House representatives will also be on hand to provide free valuations on items.
If you're really keen on getting more bang for your buck where vintage clobber is concerned, it could be fun to try and score a ticket for Kelly Brook's celebrity swap shop, which aims to raise money for Mary Curie Cancer Care. A prize draw is being held to select a lucky few ordinary mortals to attend the affair.
