Super Slide in Singapore Airport

If you happen to be waiting around Singapore’s Changi airport on your own or with some very bored kids in tow then keep reading.

The fun loving folk at Singapore’s Changi Airport’s T3 have come up with the perfect solution to help pass the time - a 40 foot slide. This jumbo twister slide is the tallest slide in Singapore, and not surprisingly it’s also the tallest slide in any airport in the world.

This four storey slide is free to use when you spend a certain amount in the airport and you can also buy tickets for the slide to use it as many times as you like. This new slide will bring a whole new meaning to waiting in the airport and those with a stopover in Singapore will be hoping for a delay so they can have a go on the slide!

This great thrill seeking attraction has got us thinking about any other ways and means that airports could help delayed and waiting passengers to past the time and maybe bring a bit of excitement to their travels. Maybe a funfair right outside the terminal? Or a zip line to bring you directly to your gate? Any other ideas on what you would like to help you pass the time in the airport? Leave your suggestions in a comment below.
