City Discovery - a company that comes up with great ideas for those on vacation in more than 80 countries and over 300 destinations - has compiled a list of the top ten things to see and do in London, a rundown that might prove invaluable to current and future England-bound jet setters.
First up, and some might say that it's an obvious choice but I believe it's well worth doing regardless of the cynical opinions of others, is a trip on the London Eye (although City Discovery calls it a flight, which makes it sound altogether more exciting). Hopping on board the big wheel will give you an idea of just how big - and really quite attractive - the city is.
Once that's been ticked off the agenda, holidaymakers were advised to consider getting their munch on while cruising down the River Thames and, depending on which liner you opt for, you could be entertained by some live jazz, eat to your heart's content over four courses and end the night with coffee and chocolate.
Or, if you're a fan of the 60s, you could be taken on a Beatles-related trek around the city, including a Magical Mystery Tour where you'll get to see a vintage coach from the period, identical to that used in the 1967 movie.
