This hostel is ideally situated on a cliff overlooking Towan beach in the heart of this English seaside town. Newquay has 11 beaches stretching over seven miles of sand which makes it perfect for surfing and adventure sports. You can learn to surf all year round at the hostels very own surf school or for extreme sports and activities visit Lusty Glaze beach just outside town where The Adventure Centre caters for all ages and abilities. Activities range from rock climbing to abseiling and kite boarding to mountain biking.

The village of Carlingford is situated on the beautiful Cooley Peninsula, at the foot of Slieve Foy Mountain on the southern shores of Carlingford Lough, just over 1 hours drive from Dublin and Belfast. The centre itself has been recently redeveloped and consists of comfortable modern accommodation in the heart of the village. There are 32 bedrooms catering for 170 people. There is a wide choice of water and land based activities to keep young and old entertained. Indoor facilities also offered such as table tennis and pool table.

Spectacularly situated in the heart of Connemara overlooking The Killary – Ireland’s only fjord, this hostel is the ideal base for exploring some of the spectacular surrounding scenery. As wells as having its own tennis court, pool table, bicycle hire facilities and mini-supermarket, the Killary Adventure Centre is its next-door neighbour. Here you will find adventure activities, hill-walking, scuba-diving, surfing and lots more to keep you busy. If you fancy something a bit closer to nature why not camp out under the starts in the hostel’s outdoor camping facility.
