Ever heard the phrase ‘food for thought’? Well this list will definitely get you thinking but it's mainly about food and travel!
When visiting New York the one thing that will really strike you is the amount of eateries, as well as the variety of food, on offer around the city. The hardest thing about eating out in New York is deciding where to go and what you want to eat. New York is a food lover’s paradise as it’s where you will find some of the world’s top chefs cooking up the finest cuisine as well some hidden gems offering traditional fare. On the budget scale of things, you can pick from a sliding scale - from food that costs a few quarters to dishes that could cost as much as what you paid for your plane ticket!
Italy is renowned across the world for its food and you will find some of the world’s best cuisine spread throughout this beautiful country. Rome is one of the county’s most popular cities and when it comes to eating out, it also comes highly recommended by food lovers. However, you will also find a lot of touristy restaurants when visiting Rome so be careful where you choose as some of these eateries will not live up to your Italian food expectations. What makes Istanbul one of the world’s top food destinations is its geographical location, as it's where east meets west and the result is a culinary delight for food lovers. When you're searching for somewhere to eat in Singapore you never have too far to look as you will find a city that loves food! Singapore is full of restaurants, fine dining and street market food stalls offering culinary delights for all tastes. You will particularly find that there is a large selection of vegetarian dishes on offer when it comes to Singapore cuisine. Tofu is largely used in Singapore cooking and you will find a good selection of Indian veggie dishes, too.
