While location and cleanliness couldn't have been better, I still didn't enjoy my stay much, mostly due to the huge floors with very poor soundproofing, especially in the corridors. All it takes is one or two persons talking a bit loudly while out of their room to wake everybody up, and with 80-100 beds per floor and Munich's beer halls close by, this happened at all hours of the night. It was very worthwhile. Low cost and excellent facilities for that price. The breakfast has good variety and quality. Free wi-fi for the whole duration. There is a small bar on the ground floor, which makes it a good place for hanging out. The staff was quite nice. Also capable of communicating with me in either english and french, answering whatever I needed. The location is perfect, next to the Hauptbanhof, thus Marienplatz too, which makes it quite easy to move around in M Bruno, from Brazil ~ 1st Feb 2012

really nice hostel. its walking distance from most of the main attractions in munich. the hostel is really nice and clean and they make sure that it isnt too loud. I was a little disappointed that their bar closed before 12 but other than that no complaints monica, from USA ~ 4th Sep 2011

This hostel runs a very loud bar on the bottom floor which blasts music until 3AM. It's also full of rowdy kids that run up and down the halls at all hours of the night. Repeated attempts to lower the noise noise level were ignored. If you want to get a good nights rest, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOSTEL. Marc, from USA ~ 18th Jul 2011
