I left my bags, including a laptop bag, in the care of staff there, for less than an hour, while I went to book into another hostel. When I returned, I collected my bags without problems, but later, when I opened my computer bag, it was clear that somebody had opened my laptop bag. At the time, there were hardly any guests in the hostel, so I was unhappy to find that such loose security could prevail when the staff are protecting the property of only a small number of people. Well for anyone traveling with TIGER AIRWAYS? Forget about arriving by MRT to this or any other Hostel. The Singapore MRTstop running at 11pm. They couldn't find my booking when I arrived and instead of them looking for it, they made me run back and forth between their two properties to sort it out, only to find that I was originally in the correct place.Frustrating.Location is perfect, right next to the metro. we put arriving 12:00 am because our flight in is at 11:55pm.we treated it as early check in so we decided to go directly to the hostel from the airport.we have read the terms and conditions so we were ready to pay add\'l 5 dollars each for early check in + the 10% service charge.but when we arrived at the hostel, the landlady turned us down. we asked if we could stay even at the lobby until morning cause it is around 1 am but she did not allow us and not even allowed us to use the phone to ca

If you arrive at 12AM, like any hotels or hostels, you MUST book for the PREVIOUS NIGHT. We are 100% full and therefore will not be able to accommodate more guests regardless of how much you want to pay us, as we have no beds. We cannot allow non check in guests to stay at the lobby for security reasons. Only registered guests may remain in the hostel premises. There is pay(coin) phone available at the hostel main entrance that guests may use. Office phone is strictly for staff use.
