A&O Berlin am Zoo in Berlin, Germany

Most lockers in the room are broken, with shelves missing and no hangers. Be prepared that you will find no plates, no cups, no knives, no spoons in the kitchen. But the good news is that unlike some other hostels they have a kitchen! When shall all the hostel users unite and ask for lower prices or better equipped rooms? Sure. It is very well located but the price (they charge for everything) was to high for the accommodation we received. The late "check-in"-time (3 p.m.) was a bugger since we arrived in Berlin at 6 a.m. If you really need to live central, go for it, if you dont: choose another hostel! Karl, from Sweden ~ 15th Aug 2009
