The bathroom in my room was clean but the room was dirty. The bed was old, the sheets were old, pillows were like bags of cotton. I've been to a couple of big hostels throughout Europe and that was one of worst. ilke, from Turkey ~ 1st May 2012

For the hotel, the traffic is convienient. But the room near the street is a little bit noise. Anyway it is very cheap to stay. Guangjian, from China ~ 7th Dec 2011

Our room was quite smelly, and we had to pay 1 Euro for an hour of internet, but fine otherwise. Poorest quality overall during our weeklong trip. Jacquelyn, from USA ~ 8th Dec 2011

When i came into the room, there was a surprise that four beds was put together and the table and chair was put onto the bed. The staff are very helpful and help me to move in a collect place. However, the toilet inside the room was very awful and dirty. The sink was full of beard. Also, there was a drunk man came at 2:00a.m. and made disturb to others people. I think for those who are girls, it is safe to choose the female dorm. KIT, from Hong Kong ~ 20th Oct 2011

Big, impersonal, dirty.Scummy showers, cracked paint, mediocre location (somewhat close to the train station, but not real great for much else), lots of noise outside.Nothing is included in price (no linen, breakfast, internet).Worst of all, the price was jacked up, which was due in part I think to Oktoberfest, but it cost 36 Euro for a bed in an 8 bed room (which was supposed to be a 6 bed) and one of the beds had a tiny wall mounted TV directly above, about 1.5 feet from the mattress, making i David, from USA ~ 30th Sep 2011

I stayed here during Oktoberfest since it's close to the tents. And since I had to hop back and fourth I checked in here twice. Both times my name wasn't on record but my reservation number was. Also once they booked 7 people in a six night room woke me up at 2am and told me I had to leave. So pretty much they need a better reservation system and it's not as central as jeaggers or wombats which I also stayed at and recommend. Other then that the roof bar is really fun and the staff was really ni Robert, from USA ~ 22nd Sep 2011

the rooms are really nice and clean and its a good hostel to stay at. the only problem was that they were extremely understaffed, there was always a line of people waiting at the front desk to talk to an employee. also their bar was closed when we stayed there and there wasnt much to do around the hostel's location. monica, from USA ~ 4th Sep 2011

I found the hostel to be relatively comfortable and clean enough.Among the positive features are that the bathrooms are in the dorms (rather than in the hall) and the tram (17) that runs by the hostel is great for getting around the city center. The breakfast is a pretty good deal as is the extra fee (5 EUR) for late check out. On the down side, the hostel is chronically understaffed - I felt bad for the employees. The average wait time to speak with someone at the front desk is 20+ minutes, and Logan, from USA ~ 1st Aug 2011

Comfortable beds. Staff were extraordinarily slow. Nothing else stands out +/- Steven, from USA ~ 1st Aug 2011
