Atrani is great! Very small but very cosy, much better than staying in Amalfi (which is by the way only 10 minutes away by foot)! The hostel was great! Nice and cosy rooms, lots of private bathrooms with showers, laundry service. Great location i the center and included breakfast at the piazza. Would defenitely stay again! The hostel was really really nice because of her character... because you feel the authenticity and you can live real Italian coast experience. The piazza is perfect with nice people! Close to Amalfi (5 minutes walking), so close to every buses you will need. I didn't like the curfew story... and there was no key for my room, so not really safe... nothing happenned but you never know ! Showers are weird, but clean so it's a good thing !!!! Really nice place to see and stay ! Thanks ! Elisabeth, from Canada ~ 19th Jul 2009

there are no keys. there is a 1:10am lockout if you are in the dorms. the host is creepy. we cut our trip short because the host was too controlling of us... told us not to drink and to be back before 1am. WTF not worth it. stay somewhere else. Tani, from USA ~ 10th Jul 2009

this place was OK. not sure if I'd stay again. pros: great location in Atrani, very close to Amalfi. very nice staff. free internet at the bar across the street. cons: room had no window or ventilation (reminded me of a prison sort of!). beds weren't that comfortable. kind of smelly and dank. showers were in the toilette room with a drain on the floor. kind of a weird place overall Ryan, from USA ~ 22nd Jul 2009

This place was great! Not too hard to find if you ask the locals. They'll point you in the right direction. The town, Atrani, was ideal. Very cute, very small, nice people. Don't stay in Amalfi if you are looking for a quiet relaxing beach - the place is overrun by tourists. Atrani is so much cuter and quieter. And A Scalinatella had the BEST free breakfast I have ever had at a hostel! Amanda, from USA ~ 11th Jul 2009

It\\\'s a pretty good hostel, decent price. The location is not at Amalfi but at Atrani, a 15 min walk from Amalfi. The owner\\\'s awesome, he upgraded us from a twin, shared to a 4 people, ensuite room. He is also very friendly and helpful, giving us maps of the city as well as a hiking map around the area. Tip: It\\\'s kind of common sense but Do Not drag you luggage there. We left our luggage at the Napoli train station (the rate is 5 Euro (or something) for the first 4 hours, 0. The location is great for the whole Amalfi coast and the price is unbeatable in the region. Overall a great place to explore the Amalfi Coast Jason, from USA ~ 5th May 2009
