I have no complaints. The hostel exceeded my expectations. It was clean, it had individual bathrooms that could be locked, and it was open 24 hours a day. They provided linen, towels, and washcloths, and free wi-fi.It was within walking distance from the Amtrak station and the blue and orange trolley lines. It was right by the bus stop for the airport bus. Simanique, from USA ~ 2nd Feb 2012

My only complaint was that the kitchen did not have any in-house cooking supplies - a very minor complaint and the kind of trade off a place may need to make (since people don't always clean up after themselves). The bathrooms were very clean, and even though they were down the hall, there were individual, locked, toilets, sinks, and showers. Good privacy, safety. Daniel, from USA ~ 4th Feb 2012

Look more like an hotel than an hostel. No kitchen, difficulties to get the code for the free wifi, ... morgane, from Belgium ~ 25th Dec 2011

great price, great location, they are half hotel, half hostel so even the hostel part is quite as impressive as a hotel! would definitely stay there again! Carole, from USA ~ 9th Dec 2011

The staff were wonderful, especially the manager. Street people wander in and out at will. One came upstairs to my fifth floor bathroom and forced his way in as I left. Almost impossible to meet people (as one usually does at a hostel.) Kitchen area taken over by ? Mexican workers with loud violent TV programs. Few utensils - apparently they get stolen. Would it be best to have key entry to outside doors? margaret, from USA ~ 17th Nov 2011

This place is clean and convenient. The only problem (it may not be a problem if you don\'t mind) is that there are a lot of homeless people in and around the hostel. It\'s a bit creepy. One stayed in my room and brought her cart into the room. It took up a lot of the already limited space and blocked the door, but she refused to move it. I was frustrated even though I\'m sympathetic to the homeless. Oh well, for most foreigners it would be a first-hand experience of America\'s economic Hui, from USA ~ 10th Nov 2011

This place is similar to staying in a homeless shelter. I originally booked a stay in one of the shared dorms but switched to a private room after I felt very unsafe about the other person sharing the dorm. The private room was moldy, had stains on the wall, and very bad carpet. I immediately had a severe allergy attack. Richard, from USA ~ 15th Nov 2011

Had an issue with a friend enquiring about me at the front desk and then calling later to find out if the guy behind the desk had seen me and he said no even though I had been sitting within his view in the lobby for over an hour and he never asked me if it was me that my friend was calling about. It would've been nice for the staff member to help us out as we were unable to contact each other via our cell phones and appeared to have missed each other in the lobby by seconds. Ruined my visit.
