The staff was absolutely wonderful. So accommodating, welcoming, friendly and warm (despite the chilly weather in Amman!). They helped with taxis, directions, you name it. Great location. Jordan is a bit tricky with accommodation catering for backpackers. I booked in this hostel a dorm bed. The dorm was actually a twin room, but nobody has been placed there, so I had the room to myself. The hostel is located in downtown Amman on a busy road and my room was facing this road. Because of this, I couldn't sleep properly despite ear plugs, so if you want a good night sleep pay a bit more and get a room facing the court yard.
