found 15 cockroaches in our room. Manager very helpful and moved us rooms in middle of night. Girl at reception VERY rude. Next morning she said "is the tropics what do you expect?". Not what we expected from YHA. anyone can walk in off the street too as they only lock the door at 8pm. lyndsey, from England ~ 30th Jun 2009
