Good place to stay if you want some peace. It stays in front a good surf beach and has lots of places to visit as water falls and tracks. If you can visit the "cachoeira dos sertoes" it's a 2-3h walking, hard to find but great when you get there it worth a while. Eduardo, from Brazil ~ 28th Feb 2009

we had a great time at Albergue do pirata, staff were very helpfull and friendly, the location is a bit out of the city center but worth the trip, close to a good surf beach. if your into a bit of a surf and chilling with some mellow tunes this is the spot for you. we had planned to stay for just a couple of days but stayed for 11, we affectionatly call it the vortex. stephen, from Ireland ~ 27th Feb 2009
