Alpine Hotel in Crown Point, Indonesien

We had some serious problems. Firstly, when we arrived they said, that we have to pay a higher price, not that in the confirmation mail. We conditioinally accepted it but talked to the Internet-PR-managerin the next day and she told us, that we got a special price but that was unknown to the receptionists. And we had changed three times the room until in the fourth there were no obvious bugs, that ran away when we switched on the light.
