This was further out from Geneva than we thought. We had a 2 bedroom appartment with basic cooking facilities which we didn't use. It was ok for one night but didn't offer anything for a longer stay. caroline, from Australia ~ 10th Nov 2009

We tried calling multiple times, and the phones were "disconnected." We tried emailing, and they did not respond. When we showed up, all the lights were off, and it looked closed down.....in a neighborhood with sex shops around the corner, we decided to find someplace else. We didn't even stay one night. Loved it! It's quite far away from the city centre but quite easy to get to by bus if you can figure out how to buy the bus tickets from the difficult machines. It was cheap, beautiful and clean, two quite big rooms, one great big bed and one sofa bed. A lovely balcony and well supplied kitchen in the room! Nice separate bathroom and toilet. A great yard and a post office, a supermarket, an internet cafe etc. very nearby. The location is beautiful, I fell in love with Switzerland. Sonja, from Finland ~ 28th Jul 2009

It\'s located just past the French border so even though it was conveniently close to the metro stop it was far from the city center. The rooms were nice and big with kitchens included and it was very clean with nice bathrooms. I rated it lowly primarily because of the location and also it\'s not geared towards a group of teenage boys who want to have fun. Would be geared more towards business people. Actually, when we arrived, we found out that the hotel is located right on the border of France and Switzerland. So location is good, 'cos you can find cheap supermarket there to buy something for the breakfast. But is not very good 'cos you have to travel quite some time to get to the center. this place reminds me of a cold war-era eastern european apartment complex. it's dark, cold concrete surroundings are dreary and the plaza outside seems to always have seedy characters loitering about. they get good marks for security, but that's because security is necessary here. as for location, its at the end of a tram line about 1/2 hr from the central station in geneva. you could hardly say this place is in geneva. in fact, you have to cross the border (only a few feet) into france to russell, from USA ~ 5th Jul 2009
