Appia Guesthouse in Nice, Italien

The guy running the guesthouse was friendly but the establishment itself was worthless. When we arrived the owner wasn't home, had to be called. There was another couple waiting. When the owner arrived he let us stand outside with our bags and went in with the others. Ok. When we got in, the rooms were in the basement (little window), the sheets weren't cleaned Tv didn't work, No WIFI.
