Astor Quest was a great place to stay, beds are comfortable, staff was great and really helpful. the only thing i dislike was that there was no elevator, just imagine carrying 3 bags up to the 6th floor, it was terrible i understand why, but atleast an elevator to take u to the 4th floor or atleast 3rd floor that would of been really helpful. overall a great place to stay.

I've enjoyed staying in your hotel. The staff was very friendly:) Also the location of the hostel is perfect close to Hyde park and the tube station. The rooms were clean and nice furnished.

the kitchen could have been cleaner. the lock on the third floor bathroom door was loose, and could easily be screwed back.

Baywater great location and central! Clean Hostel. No doubt, I will come back again, but is a pity the inhouse phone not working!!? I was there for just a day.

By far the filthiest hostel I've ever stayed at. Breakfast was gross, and washrooms were 3rd world. If staying in London, don't cheap out and stay at this hostel.

When I left at 4.30am, the front door was ajar instead of being closed with the security lock.
Hey Edwina, what a fright you must have had. I can only apologise. We've had some trouble with that front door, but will look at it again and certainly sort it out. I hope that the night receptionist on duty put your mind at ease. They are there as part of security 24/7 and to keep an eye on everyone coming and going.

I wont hesitate to come back for another visit. I just had the bad experience, that you cant trust nobody when you travel. Ironic when I chose Astor because of the Lockers!!!

Had a lovely stay there!
The rooms are very small but clean, and the beds are quite comfortable and have clean linen. You have to make a deposit to get a towel though you get it all back at checking out.
Perfect location, close to everything or just a few tube stations away from all you might want to see.
Friendly staff, answering all you questions 24/7.
Breakfeast are ok.
