Auberge L'Apero in Paris, Kanada

Could certainly use some more cleaning on restrooms and kitchen. And, as somoelse said, staff are loud at night! My room was close to "reception" and they were playing PC games like until 1 AM a very loud volume. Also couldn t understand why A/C was on (?) ... kind of weird for December... in Canada! The location is great. Otherwise you will get what you pay for... The staff could have been friendlier - they took the payment and didn't even bother showing me around ("The kitchen is upstairs") or telling me about the breakfast (which was supposed to be included) or any other things. I travel a lot and I have stayed in many hostels around the globe as I really like the friendly and warm atmosphere. In this regard, this hostel is the worst I have ever stayed in. Met lots of great friends here. Simple breakfast, comfortable rooms, spacious lockers, relaxed staff. you will have to wait for bathroom time but you get it to yourself. Very close locationto lots of cool stuff!! Emily, from USA ~ 18th Oct 2011

Auberge très accueillante aussi bien pour les locaux que pour le personnel :) Je la recommande fortement. J'y suis passée au début de mon séjour à Montréal et du coup y suis revenue à la fin de mon séjour. Elle est en plus passée juste à côté de la rue commerçante Sainte Catherine.
