We booked in for a private room and to start with we were given a room where you had to walk through one of the doorms where people were sleeping. Not very private. The next room we were given was nice but on the complete opposite side of bathrooms so you had to walk through the whole building and the living room to reach the toilets. Hostel is located next to a heavily trafficked road so its noisy and the walls are super thin so dont have high standards when you book in for a private! Maria, from Sweden ~ 14th May 2012

We booked a private twin room, but if you want privacy then you should not go to this hostel. You can hear every tiny small noise that is made from the other rooms. It was a little difficult to get inside the locati on,when I arrived there,as the door was closed at about 5pm,but the rest was filled with joy and good experience.Staff very friendly + helpful. I walked from Keleti, which is not that far and easy to come from in about 20 minutes.The bus is not necessary.The hostel is far from the actual center, but in front of the park and the baths which is great but the trek to the Danube is a good 40 minutes.In good weather its ok, but it was freezing when I was there.The hostel is ok, not as chic as the pictures!Do yourself a favor and take the 4 bed dorm because the large dorm is actually an annex for the 4 rooms that open OFF of it!People use the Owen, from USA ~ 30th Nov 2011

In debedroom for 1 person should it be nice to have a table to write on or maybea washtable (small one ) if it is possible , because you have to go a long way to the bathrooms. We have booked private room, and got one. Only problem was, that our private room had huge open window with no curtains.
