Base Taupo in Shangri-la, Neuseeland

We knew there was a bar at the hostel which is good, however it is a banging night club till 3am and it was a wednesday. All good if you dont want to sleep and have nothing to do early the next day. Beats vibrate through the floor and bed. Dont stay there if you need sleep! Other than that is all good. gavin, from England ~ 12th Dec 2011

Ideal location. Definitely a good choice for the younger partying type. Only thing missing was a valuables locker in the room. Maybe a little bit more attention to explaining the kitchen, laundry room etc Mark, from Scotland ~ 13th Oct 2011
