i love staying in this hostel.Excellent for backpackers like us. The toilet is clean, the room is also clean, but unfortunately no tv and wifi signal is not too good. but overall everything is perfect. So is the cafe.The foods are delicious and not too expensive. Great hostel! You will ha hard time to find anything like it for the same price. Stayed in the 3-room ensuite and it was perfect, soft beds, good shower and clean. Breakfast is also great and the staff knows good english and are very helpful. The best thing about it is the location, it's on one of the tourist-street just outside the city centre, lots of cozy shops on the day and many pubs with live music at night. This hostel is a great place to make your home and explore Beijing.It is in a Hutong area in Beijing and is full of character, especially in the evening.The hostel is safe, clean, and the staff is very helpful.It is close to bus lines, the subway, and there are tons of restaurants, grocery stores, etc all within a very short/easy walk. This hostel is really great! We had a 3 bed room with a window. The room was very clean, trash emptied everyday. The staff was very helpful and spoke good English. There is breakfast included in the next door cafe - toasts, egg, bacon, fruits and great freshly squeezed orange juice - best we had in China! There is wireless internet in the lobby (there is a nice common room there, were one could sit down, chat with other people staying at the hostel etc). Great location, helpful staff, and clean rooms. There are tons of bars and restaurants in the area and the hostel is close to many sights, taxis, bus, and subway station. The 6 person dorm had its own bathroom in it so no need to walk out into the hall. I went on the 6km hike on the Great Wall which left from the hostel as well. Lisa, from USA ~ 17th Jun 2011
