A good 3storey hostel close to a central hutong district. Nice staff, many eateries around. A nice roof terrace for morning and evening chillout. Dorms feel nice and roomy despite the 6 people inside. Both foreign and chinese people seem to like this place. Laur, from Estonia ~ 1st May 2012

It used to be better than it is now. Of course, the location is still great, but the level of maintenance is rellativly low, and the room we stayed in (Twin with shared bathroom) was very basic. Omer, from Israel ~ 2nd Sep 2011

My fourth hostel in Beijing. I had been eyeing this hostel online because of the cheap price and once I walked by it on my way to Ho Hai I decided I had to try it. Many goods and bads to this place but I didn't stay long if that tells you anything. The goods: location, staff, rooftop lounge and the bar food (get a seat outside overlooking the street). The bad: cleanliness, bathrooms, beds and lack of elevators. The place just seemed a bit cramped with only one narrow staircase and one shared bat Richard, from USA ~ 1st Jul 2011
