We loved this hostel. The staff is extremely friendly and the location is great. We only had one issue that wasn't directly the hostel's fault but they could have warned us. We booked a tour through the hostel that end up being a typical Chinese tour: with a visit to a gas station, the traditional medicine store and of course an expensive restaurant for lunch. A complete waste of time!! Disregarding that tour, everything else was great!

It is a nice hostel in the very city centre - all bus connections available. I was there only for three nights but I liked it. the staff is very helpful ;-))

This is a really good hostel. Our room and bath were very clean. The restaurant is good and reasonably priced - recommend the Swiss B'fast as the best option. They hook you up with tours, have good Internet access, and the restaurant/bar is full and energetic every night, but not so loud as to keep you awake in your room. The best part is the location. You are in the absolute centre of the old city.

Very cool hostel with a good crowd and atmosphere. Staff were very helpful in assisting with the train tickets; they wrote out instructions in Chinese to pass on to the broker! Great location, right in the middle of the main attractions. Highly recommended.
