Runs on a skeleton crew over winter - barely saw a staff member during my stay.Has everything you need, but not much happening there during winter. Comfortable place to stay. Jessica, from Australia ~ 12th Jan 2012

We were very happy overall with the service you offer but the hitting system didn't work in our room( despite of letting you know) and also we found a dirty green sock since day number one,which wasn't removed after 4 days of staying there!.After paying 52 pounds a night,is not something you expect.Last but not least,we didn't even find a small soap tablet for the hands and the one in the shower was also empy. susana, from Spain ~ 6th Jun 2011
