The receptionist, who said he was owner, was horrible to us, he were angry and yell to us when we said that we wanted to see the room to decide if we stay or not, and refused to show it. After a short discucion he consented. Mainly due to insecurity caused by the receptionist we decided not to stay, to what he horrible reacted, shouting and yelling, and claiming that the first night's accommodation as stipulated in the hostels.com page should be paid, to what we agreed, but he said that we were

Completely invented story that did not wanted to be true but the reason was that they came by mistake to another hostel, and for such sales in the invented. I'm sorry that people walk all over the world

In Krakow, a lot of hostels but this hostel is in an ideal location close to the train station and next to the old miasto.Room are very nice it is clean, free internet, friendly service, I recommend Patrick, from USA ~ 23rd Feb 2010
