Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schauen wirklich das es einem an nichts fehlt. Wir konnten nach unserem Trip in die Halong Bay sogar GRATIS nochmals duschen bevor wir weiter gereist sind. Zimmer sind OK, kann man nichts sagen für den Preis von 10 $ pro person. This is the second hostel i've stayed in Hanoi. It's nice staffs. My room is 318 with 02 beds, hot water, wifi in room, free breakfast, clean... >>> I will be back on the next time coming to Hanoi. HAIBEI, from China ~ 15th Dec 2011

this hostel was my first contact with Hanoi wich is not an easy place to start a Vietnam trip. The owner as well as the staff made it easy to discover this city and through their help, their hospitality and friendship, I discovered a very interresting city. Its true what they say, you are on he main street for designer shops with loads of streets off. Easy to walk to lake, ho chi minh mausoleum and military museum. Good choice for breakfast for free. Lovely beds and linen Susan, from England ~ 14th Aug 2011

Staff are very friendly and willing to help with anything. They were not at all pushy to get my to buy things. The location is excellent, walking distance to everything. They Ha Long Bay trip I booked with them was excellent. I stayed in a single private room. The bed was huge and the room was very clean. I would come back.
