I overall enjoyed my stay at the hostel. There was a nice chill out area, bit dark but still nice to chill in. The main things I disliked though were that the 10 bed dorm was on the 3rd floor and was freezing cold although there was one radiator which helped a little when it finally kicked in. The other thing that annoyed me was how long it took to check in. We must have been waiting half an hour or so before we could go up to our dorm. All in all though it was a good stay and I would recommend Kerry, from England ~ 30th Nov 2011

I stayed at the Boomerang Hostel in Antwerp as my original booking was cancelled due to the hostel closing down.I had low expectations given the reviews on this site and I wasn't surprised.This hostel fulfils it's primary role but in the least spectacular way.My main irks were the cleanliness which was poor (not just in a little way linked to ventilation) and the distance from the historic centre of Antwerp.Some of my group also suffered from bed bug bites which we cannot confirm, but assume, wa Paul, from England ~ 23rd Sep 2011

This hostel was very special, it was old, dusty and had no locks on the doors. Though the staff was amazing, funny and good at discussing things. The location was also good, in the middle of the Jewish neighbourhood, which made it a fun experience going outside. Also there are two big supermarkets nearby. Even though it wasn't clean, I would go there again, because the staff made it such a great experience!
