Spent 3 nights at BGB during Jan 2012. I requested airport pick-up and was met in the arrival hall right on time. On the way to BGB, I realized I'd forgotten to exchange my money at the airport so the driver made a detour for me without any complaint or extra charge. The staff were all friendly and super helpful! The only con is location however, there's a bus stop nearby and a ride into the town center is only RM 0.50! This seems to be a quieter hostel because its a little way out of town, but closer to the airport, so if you're just stopping for one night before you fly..this is a good option. Nicola, from England ~ 13th Aug 2011
