It was very good. The location is great and we are close to every place in Manhatan, the bedrooms are not so fency but for the price we paid it was good. And the guy in the reception is very nice

The price is fair according what you live there. The people I share the room with was very polite and friendly. The Staff was good and I could cook in the modern Kitchen, enjoying a movie and having a chat in the lobby, finding very good information and bonus about what to do in NY, I'll come back there!!

When you come to the reception they will realise that your booking isn't fine so they will separate you and your in a different rooms. Then,they will tell you that their security lockers are not safe enough and they are in the hallway, so you will have to pay 4 extra $ to leave your laptop behind the reception desk. Also, you will have to pay extra 2 $ for each bag if you want to leave it in the hostel 2 hours more after checking out! And of course, couple more taxes, so in the end your stay wil

Very good location, 3 blocks from the metro station. The staff was helpfull. The rooms are small, but they have what you need: a bed!! If I return to New York, problably I will stay in the same place!

I stayed at the hostel with my gf for a weekend and we had a pretty pleasant stay. We stayed in a 4 bed dorm which included 2 bunk beds, a sink (no mirror), towel, blanket, and a place to hang clothes (no hangers). We fortunately had nice, considerate roommates that made the experience better than worse. It was a cute place to sleep which was the most important reason which we were always out. It was a great stay for us in NYC and the Broadway Hostel has been importante in the success of our trip. The location is perfect in upper West Side (only 100 m to subway stop and about 15 min to go to Time Square). The cleanliness is good, every day sheets and blankets are changed. And a great thank for the staff, especially Brian and Meghann, who are avalaible each time that we have needed.

Wow! GREAT hotel/hostel, we could never have hoped for anything better. More than perfect for the use we make of the hostel when we go to NY (a place to sleep). Clean, nice, well located, polite and helping staff. I will certainly recommend this place and try to go back on my next trip to NYC!!! :)
