Bush House & Camp in Bandar Seri Begawan, Kenia

Warning: transfer from airport costs $30. Staff is terrific:I felt very secure hiring their driver John for a day to see the sights in the Karen area (giraffe feeding, Nairobi Natl Pk, orphan elephant feeding.Don't bother with Momba Village:vastly overpriced buffet lunch,& miserable zoo). Breakfast is eggs, toast & tea, included with excellent priced dorm room (6 beds, not 4). Bathroom is clean, but bring your own towel. Lovely grounds. A great place to stay...is this really a youth hostel and not a hotel!! Far from the city center will keep you off traffic jams and noise. Friendly staff, good diner..just go for it! :) Eric, from France ~ 7th Nov 2011
