the staff was really helpful when i thought i lost my mobile phone at the hostel. i really appreciate him. i know some hostels in Europe, but this butik hostel's hospitality is exceptional and i suppose it is all supportedby its staff. thank you so much and i would recommend this hostel to all my friends who are going to visit Krakow. There were some problems in this hostel. SLEEPING: really bad bed in room 3 (has old matress, not comfortble the cheapest bed from Ikea is better). KITCHEN: - they keep milk from today's breakfast for tomorrow not covered - they keep breakfast jam not covered - no microwave and no toster in the kitchen (question of 100 USD max) OTHER: really slow shared computer (today is not a problem to buy an Atom PC for 200 USD) Everything else was not such bad, but I would never come back to t Andriy, from Ukraine ~ 26th Nov 2011

The room where I slept was empty (15 beds) and there was noone in the kitchen. Felt a bit lonely, maby because of the construction work outside wich made it hard to see that there was a hostel, and also the fact that I stayed a Sunday night in mid-november. Anna, from Sweden ~ 18th Nov 2011

Close to train station (about 5 min walk once you find the right street) and very close to old town but 1 block away so much more quiet which is nice.Includes sheets and towel which is nice!It was a little chilly but stayed warm with extra blankets and really liked the security and front desk staff was great.Basic breakfast of cereal and pastries gets your day off to a good start! My room was doble booked, but they gave me a nice City Appartment, insted of the twinbed room I orderd. I was wery happy about the change, and would do buisness with them again. Location was great, less than 5 min walk to the city center. Tomas, from Norway ~ 4th Oct 2011

The hostel had not checked their bookings and did not have a room when we arrived at 1am, despite my calling of the hostel to double check that my booking had gone through.We were sent to another hostel for the night and did not get the room we ordered.When we had to move our stuff back to Butik in the morning, the staff tried to put us in a room that was different from what we had paid for.Service was poor, the internet is terrible (if working at all) and the rooms are not very clean.I would no Donna, from USA ~ 20th Jul 2011
