Carpe Diem -B&B and Ostello della Gioventu in Guangzhou, Italien

The room was filthy. There was sand in the bed, everywhere on the floor and in the shower. There was blood on the sheets. The garbage bin was not emptied. There were dirty towels that were used. On top of that there was no warm water available. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast was simple, but good.

It would help me a lot to understand why you gave the description of the room as you founded it when you decided to go upstairs and it had JUST been left by the guests before you, why don't you describe the room as you found it after it was made ready for you? If you showm up that early, you can't expect the room to be ready and after all you shouldn't have even seen the room as soon as it was emptied by the previous customers. Check out is at 11.00 am, the cleaner comes at 11.30, if you show up at 8.30 and smuckle yourself upstairs... you can't expect the top of cleanliness. Shall I describe the state of the room as you left it? I wonder how impressed you would have been finding the room in that state.
