Casa Evelyn Jara in Buenos Aires, Chile

Definitely the grossest hostel I have stayed at in the 2 months I have been in SA.To name a few nasty issues, there was blood stains on the sheets, numerous bites from god knows what, and an infestation of flies in the kitchen.The 1st night we were kept up until 6am with blaring music and a party next door, and the staff were nowhere to be found.Toilet paper was nonexistent, as well as the ability to close your window and drown out noise.
