Casa del Shiva in Cuenca, Mexiko

Owner and staff were so friendly. Cleanest hostel I've ever stayed at. Good location as not too far from everything. Breakfast and dinner amazing each day,great value for money. It's a shared house atmosphere and you are made to feel part of the family by the staff. They can't do enough for you. Thoroughly recommend it. I checked out the other hostels around 5th ave and they were rubbish.Typical dirty, horrible looking party hostels.It was great to stay somewhere so incredibly clean and frien david, from England ~ 29th Mar 2012

Casa Del Shiva was a fantastic place to stay and would highly recommend to other travelers. Breakfast was supplied and there was a varied choice which the manager would cook for us. Clean and quiet the nights we stayed. Manager spoke English and was very accommodating and helpful. The hostel is quite a way out of the town, however, there are plenty of buses and collectivo's to take you into centro and the beach.
